Apple Sunlight shows the “true” look of the iPhone 14 Pro
Dynamic Island is considered one of the best features of Apple’s new phone.
The main new feature of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro is Dynamic Island, a new area at the top of the screen that replaces the notch (present in Apple’s phones since 2017) and houses the front camera, FaceID, and some notifications.
Dynamic Island is considered one of the main arguments for buying one of the Pro models of Apple‘s new phones, so much so that it may even be integrated into all models of the next generation expected in 2023. Despite this, it seems that Dynamic Island doesn’t look its best when the screen of the iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Pro Max is exposed to sunlight.
As Jon Prosser shows on his Twitter page, exposure to sunlight makes the holes in the phone’s screen especially noticeable, showing that the extra space is actually the work of the OLED screen.
