All iPhone 14 models will have the same RAM capacity
A decision that contrasts with Apple’s decisions in the last two generations of its phone
There is good news for mobile phone enthusiasts who decide to purchase any of the iPhone 14 models, with the MacRumors website advancing that RAM capacity will not be a factor in the decision with these Apple devices.
This is because the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max all have 6GB of RAM, a decision by Apple that contrasts with the one made on the last two generations of the phone.
Recall that the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Mini were launched with 4GB of RAM, while the iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max were entitled to 6GB of RAM. The same happened with the next generation, with the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini continuing with 4GB of RAM and the iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max keeping 6GB of RAM.
Apparently, Apple has decided to extend this 6GB of RAM to all models of its new generation of phones, which is good news for anyone considering purchasing the “standard” models.
