A court in Norway found that Tesla affected the capacity and charging speed of certain Model S batteries (from 2013 to 2015), ordering the company to pay around $16,000 to each of the 30 customers.

Electrek says that some drivers of the Model S reported a reduced autonomy of the respective batteries after an update in 2019, noting that the respective vehicles took longer to recharge the energy in charging stations Supercharger.
